The use of this website www.crystalstonelondon.co.uk is subject to the following terms and conditions and it is deemed you agree to said Terms on use of www.crystalstonelondon.co.uk and purchasing any products via the Site.

Definitions

"We" and "us" means Amanda Patrick trading as Crystal & Stone.
"Site" means the website at www.crystalstonelondon.co.uk.
"You" means the person using the Site whether as a guest or registered user.

All content of the Site, inclusive of all graphics and written material is the intellectual property of Amanda Patrick/Crystal & Stone and must not be redistributed or copied by any means, electronically or otherwise for commercial or business means without express written permission from Crystal & Stone.

Ordering and Contract information

A contract for sale will be formed when a confirmation email is sent to you once payment has been received and goods are ready for shipping. If we are unable to meet your order, for whatever reason, we will re-credit your card or account and inform you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse any sale at our discretion.

Payment

We accept debit/credit card payments via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal, you can enter your card details after checkout on the PayPal website by choosing the option to pay by debit/credit card instead of registering. If you choose to pay via Paypal e-cheque this may delay your items being dispatched as e- cheques can take 7-10 days to clear. Please contact us via email: [email protected] if you have any problems with payment. Payment should be made within 24 hours of purchase and all items remaining unpaid after this period will be relisted for sale on the Site.

Shipping & Customs

Shipping costs are stated clearly on individual product descriptions. All items will be shipped in suitable packaging for mail purposes. We offer two options for shipping your item: a) by Standard post; or b) by Signed for post, which is more secure as the item can be tracked.

We cannot guarantee delivery times, however items posted to UK addresses should normally be delivered within 48 hours and for International destinations within 10 working days via the Signed for option. Whenever possible, items will be despatched within 2 business days of payment being received.

Please note that you are responsible for settling all import duties, taxes and handling charges that may be relevant to the country where the goods are delivered.

Returns

We aim to provide you with excellent products and customer service so that you will be completely satisfied with your shopping experience. In the event that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email at [email protected] within 14 days from receipt of your purchase and return the items as soon as possible and, in any event, within 28 days of purchase and we will issue a prompt refund less shipping costs or offer you an item in exchange.

Please ensure all returns are securely packaged to prevent loss or damage during transit. Returns should be sent to: 9 Pittville Gardens London SE25 4DJ We recommend that all returns are sent via recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit. In the event that you would like to return the jewellery if you re not satisfied, you will need to cover the full cost of postage within or outstide the European Union.  We will refund the full cost of postage if your purchase is faulty.

For hygiene purposes, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund for earrings unless they are faulty or damaged. We are also unable to offer an exchange or return for bespoke or personalised commission items.

Personalised and Bespoke Commissions

Please contact us do discuss your requirements.  A deposit of 50% of the cost will be required and balance due one your jewellery is ready for posting.

Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Whilst we make every effort to ensure the Site is as accurate and error free as possible, unless we are at fault, we are not liable for any inaccuracies or errors which are beyond our reasonable control. In particular, we cannot guarantee that colours in our images will be rendered correctly on different computer monitors. The product dimensions supplied are approximate and intended to give an indication of the size of individual products. Products shown in images may not be actual size. If you have any doubts about the colour, size or any other specification of the goods you wish to order, we recommend you contact us prior to placing an order on the Site.

The Site is provided, on an "as is" basis without any representation or endorsement and we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Site or its content.

We cannot guarantee that the Site is free from computer viruses, and you should take your own precautions in this respect. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material as a result of uploading to or downloading from the Site. If a fault occurs in the service you should report it to [email protected] and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as is reasonably practicable.

We will try to ensure that the Site is always available, however, this access to the Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of any system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reasons outside our control, as well as for any breach by you of these Terms.

We will not be responsible to you or any third party for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any indirect or consequential loss in connection with your use of the Site.

This does not affect your statutory rights and we remain liable for:

  •   loss, damage, death or personal injury resulting from our negligence;

  •   fraud or fraudulent misrepresentations;

From time to time we may link to third party websites which have been carefully chosen for your interest and information however we are not responsible for and do not endorse their content.

Where such permission is granted Crystal & Stone reserves the right to withdraw such permission for any reason whatsoever and at any time.

Variations: Crystal & Stone reserves the right to revise the content of the Site and these Terms at any time without notice. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Site and by continuing to use the Site you agree to be bound by any such revised Terms.

Severance: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any purpose by any court of qualified jurisdiction, these provisions shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall proceed in complete force and result as if these Terms had been agreed with the invalid illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.

Assignment: Crystal & Stone may assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of its rights and obligations under these Terms to any party without notice.

Entire Agreement: These Terms set out the whole of our agreement and supersede any previous agreements, arrangements, undertakings or proposals.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and all parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
